2、 Performance Introduction

This machine is an automatic fresh and wet noodle production line, which is connected by a kneading machine, a ripening machine, a roughing unit, a compounding unit, a stretching unit, and a cutting unit. It can achieve automatic continuous production from flour to noodles

The processing capacity of the dough making machine is 25kg per time, and the box is flipped 180 °. The dough making time and water addition can be set according to needs. The vacuum degree can reach -0.09MPa, and it only takes 10 seconds to go from normal pressure to -0.09MPa. The flour absorbs water evenly, and after the dough making program is completed, all the dough particles can be poured into the conveyor belt of the maturation machine. The maturation machine can feed the dough particles into the roughing unit, and the speed is automatically adjusted according to the feeding speed of the roughing unit. The time from the dough mixer to the roughing unit is the maturation time. The conveyor belt is sealed externally to prevent foreign objects from falling in and moisture from evaporating. The rough forming unit consists of two sets of corrugated rollers, each with adjustable speed and forming thickness. The formed surface is transported out by the bottom conveyor belt.
